The Hippies are Alive and Well

Eugene Oregon- We attended the Sat. market in Eugene Oregon to find that the Hippies didn't die out in the 70's, 80's, 90's or even in the year 2000. They are still around young and old alike. Eugene is a city of 185000 centered along the Interstate 5 in the middle of the state. It is a University town with a transit population of students. It is also a working class town with a past steeped in the 70's
