Our Christmas Photo 2006
Ahhhh... the family xmas photo for our second christmas in Tassie. As much as I dread doing the annual Christmas photo, age has taught me to appreciate old photos of myself and family. I am always amazed at the changes in all of us as the years pass. We used our auto timer self shoot on this photo. The sun was setting over mount wellington and casting a golden glow on our decorated euc tree. Life is good.

A lovely family photo.
Merry Christmas
Lovely photo
Tassie is apple of your eye
Please family, stay awhile
Christmas by your family tree
Mt Wellington approves I see
Calm of ocean just white dots
Countries brittle from sun spots
Ripples of laughter like a rising tide
A Christmas gift, great to be alive
best wishes
That is a beautiful, happy family photo, and one you will look back on with pleasure in the years to come. Thank you for sharing your lovely family.
I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas, Wendy.
I am blog surfing garden sites, really enjoyed yours ! Here in the mighty Waikato New Zealand it is wet and warm, I wish I could send some rain across the ditch to OZ. My Christmas tree is a pohutakawa in a pot !! I like the idea of using a native tree - your eucalyptus looks great !Lovely family photo. Arohanui, Marcia

I'm feeling nostalgic about Oz seeing your decorated gum tree :) What a neat idea.
