What a fun time! I love it!
Ahhh...terrifying childhood memories. Every child has a few and if I was a child this would be one of mine. At first this looks like fun and then it starts to feel like an attack.
This is the fourth time my kids have been on this safari trip. Both my kids want to go back again and again...especially for the ostrich feed. However saying that..there are some children that are terrified. Thrill to one, anothers nightmare.
This video is way more impressive than the slideshow I posted, Wendy!
Those ostriches are quite amazing. I guess it could be confronting for kids, but each person is different. Most people would not be phased by my childhood nightmare, which was a German shepherd (well behaved) pet dog. My mother, a dog lover, could NOT understand how I was so terrified when we'd go to visit the people who owned it. Her nightmare? Cats...
Val- My nightmare is those little creepy crawly things like cockroaches, termites, beatles. The faster they move the more horrifying. Ironically my kids find those things facinating too. Too brave for me.
This looks like great fun, but I can see how it might scare some kids.
I loathe cockroaches too. When we lived in Australia I always used to get my hubby to kill them for me, or my mother, when I was growing up. Couldn't stand to crunch them. Ug!
