So that's what a kookaburra looks like? I haven't sung that song in years.

Shouldn't that be an eagle on top of that? It's neat to see it again!

Kathleen- Maybe a eagle on top of the Kookaburra. Then a Kiwi on top of that for when you come to visit.

Connie- Hope I am spelling it right. I feel like I have learned a lot too.

Mimi-Thanks for the comment. I feel pretty lucky to be here on this adventure. Everyday is something new. I can't believe you didn't like The Life Of Pie. Why? I really enjoyed it.

Wendy
What about the imported species,is that a brown bear or a black one, with a Badger? or is it a Beaver or just a Lemming ? gazing up at at a crow ? or is it an Eagle ? Or maybe is left over from a Stunt or was it carved in tassie land to make a good blog film shot !!

Best wishes

Lindsey- Vanouver island where we came from has only black bears. Those are both little black bear cubs curious about a raven....or kookaburra. It is an imported species of canadian chainsaw carved cedar.
