It is stunning! What surprises me is that there are no people anywhere. Why is that? I would love to hear squeeky sand under my feet! Lucky you!
Australia has a pop of something like 17 mil. spread over a country close to the size of Canada. There are soooo many beaches and so few people to inhabit them. Appearently this was a busy weekend when I shot these.
Or on the other hand......maybe everyone was scared off by the sharks.
Part of me wants to say, "Thanks for sharing the lovely beach!"
and part of me wants to say, "Thanks for rubbing it in!"
And all of me will say, "I LOVE this picture! I tried to take a similar shot in Scotland but it just wouldn't come out right. Way to go!"
Sy,
I was being cheeky. My intention was to rub it in. All in good fun of course. I am sure someone will send me a sunny pic while I am freezing during winter.
Pretty hard to screw up a beach shot down here. They are just so perfect.
Fantastic pictures Wendy, you make Tas look much more exotic than NZ.
Thanks Andrew,
All 5 imported employees for M's Company thought the same after looking at my blog. I might request a head hunting or recruitment fee eh??
My little entrepreneur.
wonderful wonderful wonderful photos!!!!!!!
I'll look at these pics to plan our Tassie holiday!!
Hi Shellyc,
Let me know if I can help. There are lots of great places to see on such a small island.
Hi Wendy - just wondering what you've done with the other 3million Aussies?...lol There's actually about 20,090,000 of us, but that still leaves kilometres of empty beaches.
Alice,
My resource book was dated. Thats where that number came from. Thanks for the update.
