Aussie Hot Dog

Properly known as a sausage in Australia, the hot dogs here are missing the hot dog bun. Despite the difference, my kids will still gobble up two-three at a sitting. We have receive many of blank stares as well as giggles asking for Ketchup. It is known as tomatoe sauce to the Aussies. Posted by Picasa

Wendy, we do actually have hotdogs - they are tasteless frankfurts in a bread roll.

I think they called it tomato sauce in Scotland too, but they also know it as ketchup due to the large amount of Americans that visited. And you know, Americans REALLY LOVE KETCHUP!!
