North American Family on the an adventure of a lifetime. We moved from BC Canada to Tasmania six years ago with two kids and hubby who worked in the salmon farming industry. We have loved every moment but our nomadic tendencies have called. We are going bush. Inside are the adventures of our year caravaning around Australia. We want to see it all!

Thanks for the comment on my picture - I think it was a combination of a good zoom and getting really close.
Why did I change from Blogger? Blogger and Picasa were being super mean to me for a time and I was starting to hate blogging - writing a post just to have it lost when I hit publish, or spending hours loading pictures was awful. So I moved in the hope that I would maintain my blogging interest. Wordpress is good - I never have any problems publishing, but it still has it's quirks - less freedom to change my page and things like the font etc, need to be done in HTML. And there are some photo issues - I load everything straight from Flickr now, which seems to be a bit easier.
I've written all about it on the blog - posted under the title blogging, I think - and it explains all the grief in detail.
Apologies for the length of the comment - but I do love to rant...
Hi, Wendy,
is that photo a "panorama" photo? I have a new Kodak camera that does that but I haven't played around with it too much yet. Your photo looks great!
